The Security & Compliance Layer

For all horizontal layers the security aspects are very critical. Security and compliance has an impact on all elements in each of the layers.

The elements have not been grouped together in the CORA to make sure they are being judged upon within every layer, if relevant. For example Authentication is not only necessary for Human access to an Application but also for an Application accessing a service within the Integration layer. The latter may be authenticated using a technical account, but the former will be using a ‘Human’ identification.
